SAS: Australia star Pauly Fenech’s brutal take-down of Bachelor Locky Gilbert in celebrity feud

Former Bachelor Locky Gilbert has been labelled “immature” and “a jerk”, as a bitter celebrity feud rages with a fellow SAS: Australia contestant.

SAS: Australia star Pauly Fenech has unloaded on his SAS nemesis and former Bachelor he-man, Locky Gilbert, describing him as a dog, a jerk, a w---er, a d---head and a baby and said he should have “kneed him in the face”.

This is a celebrity feud that looks to have a few more rounds left in it.

Fenech, who had a massive personality clash with Gilbert throughout the SAS: Australia series, unleashed the brutal character assessment of the reality show regular after voluntarily withdrawing from the Channel 7 program last week.

Locky Gilbert has come under fire for being smug and self-centred.

Fenech and Gilbert never saw eye-to-eye on the show, with Gilbert being dismissive of his fellow contestant and in Fenech’s view not being true to his word after the pair shook hands and agreed to cool their feud for the good of the team of celebrity contestants.

“What I did not know until I watched the show was that he stabbed me in the back two seconds after shaking my hand,” Fenech told the SAS Australia Debrief podcast.

“Looking back now I think ‘what a dog’. If I had known that I wouldn’t have shook his hand. I would have just gone over and kneed him in the face and put a bit of character on his pretty boy nose.

“I thought he was just being a jerk, there is no other way to put it.”

Gilbert has come under fire from his fellow contestants, the show’s course leaders including Ant Middleton and viewers for being smug, self-centred, not a team player and for not listening to directions on the course challenges.

“You can see it on the show, he is immature. He might be big, but he acts like a child,” Fenech said.

“I knew he was a d---head on the course, but I didn’t realise what a total w---er he was.”

Middleton and his crew ripped Gilbert to shreds in an interrogation after he failed to follow instructions.

“I kind of thought maybe the DSs went a bit hard on him, but after watching it all I saw was a baby who has never been challenged in his life and the first time I challenged him and the DS actually really confronted him about who he was, he fell to pieces,” Fenech said.

“A person’s character is what is important to me and that man has little character and if he wants to get some he better start growing it cause … he is not a baby, if he was 18 you could say, ‘maybe, oh well he is young’, but he is not young. If he has not grown up by now I don’t know what’s going to happen.”
