Super influencer and entrepreneur Sophie Cachia has freed herself from the grief of her shock and sudden split from her fiancee Maddie Garrick.

Cachia has opened up about her emotional healing after her relationship with Garrick spectacularly blew apart in late October.

The split happened while Cachia was visiting Garrick in Italy where Garrick is based with the Polisportiva A.Galli basketball team.

“I genuinely feel so happy. I feel free. I feel creative. I feel sexual. I feel empowered,” Cachia wrote on social media.

“My energy is now mine & mine only (incl. for my kids).

“My thoughts are only for me & mine only.

“I feel a massive stone is off my chest & it’s come so soon that it didn’t feel natural to feel like this so quickly, but I’ve given it permission to come in and I’m so glad I did.

“There is no timeline on healing.

“I probably feel the most like myself in well over a decade.”

Neither Garrick nor Cachia have gone into detail about what caused their shattering split.

Cachia is working on her next book. Her memoir, Then There Was Her, detailed the end of her marriage to Jaryd Cachia and the rocky evolution of her relationship with Garrick.
