Caitlyn Jenner was set to walk one of Australia’s most stunning brides down the aisle at her recent uber stylish wedding.

Reality star, model and film actress Ellie Gonsalves wed her long time partner Ross Scutts at La Luna Beach Club on the Gold Coast last month with Jenner, who Gonsalves met when they were housemates on Big Brother VIP in 2021, to play an important role in the nuptials.

“Caitlyn and I grew close on the show and following that we speak regularly on FaceTime,” Gonsalves said.

“She’d planned to come out (from the US) for the wedding to walk me down the aisle, but the dates unfortunately didn’t line up with her work and she had to cancel her trip at the last minute, which is so understandable.

“The offer in itself for her to fly out to walk me down the aisle was so sweet and we’ve had this beautiful unexpected friendship come out of the experience on the show.”

Gonsalves turned to Melbourne’s Oglia-Loro Couture for her two breathtaking wedding gowns and was styled by Paul Versace. Alysia Bridger Events styled/planned the wedding and celebration.

Gonsalves could be back on screens soon.

“There’s been a few TV/movie opportunities I’ve been considering, even pitching a few of my own concepts for shows to a few networks,” she said.

“I love being in the TV/movie space. I’ve always found it fun, so it will be a space I will play in if the right opportunity comes.”
