Tickets are on sale through Ticketmaster.
Promoters said: “This intimate evening will bring the audience up close and personal with this amazing AFL star.
“Having finished the best season ever played by an AFL footballer, Dustin will be talking about his season and the journey he has been on to get there.
“Sharing never before seen photos and memories from the family archives, this is a night not to miss.”
Broadcaster and comedian Dave Hughes will host Friday’s event.
Martin’s manager Ralph Carr said: “This is finally a chance for an audience to hear Dustin talk for more than two minutes. They’ll spend an hour with him chatting.
“And the audience gets the rare opportunity to ask him questions because we’re handing the mic around.”
