It was love at first sight for Melbourne’s new ‘it’ couple, jockey Ben Allen and model Delainey Mary.
The young romance blossomed at Pakenham when Mary went down to visit one of the horses owned then by her mum Melissa Rosich and her stepdad, former VRC CEO Steve Rosich.
“I love racing and I love everything from the fashion to the horses,’’ Mary said.
The pair hit it off and have been inseparable since, bringing the energy to the Victorian Racing Awards in August and the Racing Victoria launch earlier this month.
Mary was at Caulfield on Saturday to see him win on Lady in Pink and they kicked on at The Osborne in South Yarra where Allen hit the DJ decks.
Mary and her mum Melissa stepped out for the launch of the new Nude Lucy clothing store in Armadale.
She has introduced Ben to her family including sister Mila, who is dating billionaire crypto king Bijan Tehrani and her other sister Lexi who is engaged to Bulldogs star Rory Lobb.
Delainey said she’s enjoyed watching Allen prepare his body as an athlete. She will no doubt be by his side throughout the big upcoming days of racing at Flemington.
