SOPHIE Monk has lifted the lid on her love life after addressing rumours that she is dating Married At First Sight contestant Ryan Gallagher. The Love Island host has revealed the shocking truth over the rumours.

SOPHIE Monk has not only shut down rumours she’s dating Married At First Sight contestant Ryan Gallagher but insists she’s never met the comedian “in the flesh”.

“They say straight from the horses mouth and I’m telling you, I am the horse. No I am not dating anyone, (I’m) 100 per cent single,” Monk told the Kyle and Jackie O radio show on KIIS FM. “I want to stay single for a while because I just need a minute. I just don’t need drama in a relationship.”

Monk, 38, has long been unlucky in love, choosing to put her heart on the line as the star of the last season of The Bachelorette.

There, she chose Stu Laundy as her forever beau but that relationship broke down just a few months in.

Stu Laundy and Sophie Monk broke up after they met on The Bachelorette.

“I am not ready for any relationships,” the Love Island host said, admitting she’s met Gallagher over the phone through Jackie O. “You realise I have never met Ryan in the flesh. I have never met him in human form, I have never met this guy.”

Monk’s exes include Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden, Hollywood actor Sam Worthington, footballer Eric Grothe Jr and American business man Jimmy Esebag.
