Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico sent Logan Paul flying in push and shove
Footy legend Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico has revealed the faux pas that ended with him in a confrontation with a millionaire boxer and influencer in Las Vegas.
Footy legend Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico has told of his run-in with millionaire boxer, influencer and wrestler Logan Paul.
Dipper was at the Las Vegas Grand Prix last month with his partner Rebecca when he crossed paths with the famous American.
“I was introduced to his brother Jake and then someone from Jake’s mob introduced me to Logan and I accidentally called him Jake,’’ Dipper said.
“So then he pushed me and said ‘don’t call me Jake’ and I instinctively pushed him back and he went flying. His minder came up to me and said ‘hey, relax Crocodile Dundee’.
“We ended up having a drink together and it turned into a pretty nice moment.”
Dipper, who dressed up in a fur coat with gold necklaces for the occasion, said the Vegas experience was an eye-opener.
He even hit the DJ decks after learning to play following his inspirational meeting with Aussie superstar Dom Dolla earlier this year in Mykonos.
Dipper, a five-time premiership Hawk, has backed the AFL’s proposal to award retrospective North Smith Medals.
He said if he’s awarded one for his best on ground performance in the 1978 grand final, he’ll host a “Normie” party.
