Miss Universe Australia Olivia Rogers reveals her wedding joy

Miss Universe Australia Olivia Rogers has finally tied the knot with her partner, Justin McKeone, after being forced to postpone the big day multiple times.

It was third time lucky for Miss Universe Australia Olivia Rogers who married her love Justin McKeone on Saturday.

The couple walked down the aisle at Terindah Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula before family and friends.

Rogers looked stunning in a wedding gown by Marquise Bridal, simply captioning a picture of the newly married couple on Sunday “Mr and Mrs Mckeone. 05.02.2022.”

She also called it “Our dream day” after sharing more images of the special day.

Their original wedding date was October 17 for sentimental reasons — it’s the date Rogers’ grandparents wed in 1959.

“We postponed from October to February but then decided we really want to have the wedding we originally planned,’’ she previously said.

“We are hoping for the best. I’ve tried not to stress and be dramatic because there’s so much going on in the world so it seems frivolous in comparison.”

Rogers, a former speech pathologist, has been open about her battles with her body and weight and recently released her book, titled Find Your Light.

She said she hadn’t succumbed to the pressure of “the wed shred”.

“I had so many people ask me what ‘prep’ I was doing for my ‘wedding body,’’ she wrote on Instagram.

“However, I know that I am worthy and loved just as I am & I am so much more than my weight.”

The pair were overjoyed to finally share their magical day, despite the WA border meaning some family and friends couldn’t make it.

Rogers and McKeone met at the start of 2018 and stepped out together for the first time at the Grand Prix that year. They got engaged in 2019 while on an overseas holiday.

The Adelaide-raised beauty was crowned Miss Universe Australia in 2017.
