Bianca Censori appears in video talking about creating new language with Kanye West

A video has emerged of Kanye West’s new Melbourne wife Bianca Censori speaking about working at design empire Yeezy.

Kanye West’s unexpected Kew bride Bianca Censori is set for a showdown with powerful business mogul and social media queen Kim Kardashian.

“Kim hates her,” an Kardashian camp insider said, after news of West and Censori’s secret wedding broke.

Sources said Kim Kardashian, who finalised her divorce from West two months ago, suspected “a certain frisson” between Melbourne architect Censori and the hip hop star.

West and Censori, an architectural designer at Kanye’s company Yeezy, married in a secret ceremony last week.

Rapper West is also an avid architecture aficionado and has overhauled several buildings.

But insiders say it was well known around the Yeezy HQ that the boss’s wife didn’t like her, and suspected Censori had designs that weren’t architectural. Another insider said: “She’s pretty. And Kim hates pretty girls.”

Sources say Kardashian has long despised Censori because she suspected they shared a sexual spark.

Kardashian and West were married in an extravagant ceremony in Florence, Italy, in 2014.

With West and Censori lying low since sealing their relationship, footage has emerged of the glamorous architect saying she and Kanye had developed their own language.

Her comments came during a lecture on one of Kanye’s pet subjects, primitive futurism.

“My name is Bianca Censori. I studied my undergrad in masters (degree) in architecture at the University of Melbourne in Australia,” she told students at the University of Malta.

“I then worked in a small firm in Australia for three years until I moved to the US and began working as lead architect with Kanye West. At Yeezy we were able to develop a Donda language, an aesthetic with Kanye, which has informed both of our design aesthetics.

“The irony of primitive futurism is it’s actually the application of the present, and therefore will continue to adapt to what social, economical and political contexts dictate.”

Ms Censori then showed housing projects she’s working on at Yeezy, including homes “humbled by nature” and residences exploring the “element of water” and “what it means to have a human experience with water.”

She added: “I developed a space where you can sit, listen to water trickle, and watch how it comes in and out of your residence.”

The phrase “Donda” language has links to West’s Christian private school, the Donda Academy, near Los Angeles.

West told US channel ABC his “gospel school” focuses on helping give “kids practical tools that they need in a world post the iPhone being created.”

Records show Ms Censori, who moved to LA years ago, is not a registered architect in Victoria.

To work as an architect in Victoria, you must be registered with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria. To register, you must have a degree in architecture, two years’ practical experience and pass the Architectural Practice Examination.

If you are not registered, you also cannot describe or represent yourself as an architect, according to the Architects Act.

Ms Censori’s family on Saturday told the Herald Sun the marriage to West was “very exciting”.

“It’s very exciting news for both my sister and the family but we choose to have some privacy for the time being,” Angelina Censori said.Relative Alyssia Censori said the family was “super happy for them both.” The pair – approached separately – declined to comment.

Kanye West was revealed to have married Bianca Censori, making international headlines.

According to Ms Censori’s LinkedIn profile, she graduated from Carey Baptist Grammar in 2012 before studying a bachelor and master of architecture at the University of Melbourne.

The Herald Sun broke the news of her shock wedding to her former schoolmates.

One woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said she did not know Censori very well but said she was a “quiet, normal girl”.

“Everyone’s freaking out,” she said. “She and I were in much different circles … I didn’t even recognise her (in recent pictures).”
