Is Carrie Bickmore going into the reality show jungle?
Her father, former radio announcer Brian Bickmore, is 100 per cent convinced Carrie will compete on the 2019 season of Ten’s I’m A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here.
When asked if Bickmore is about to trek into the wilderness, I’m A Celeb host Julia Morris said on Bickmore and Tommy Little’s FOX FM show: “You know legally I’m not allowed to say, but there are an awful lot of clues on the tick list that lead me to believe that may or may not be factual.”
Bickmore said: “My dad came over for birthday dinner on Sunday night, and he said to me, ‘Are you going in the jungle?
“I said, ‘What are you talking about?’ I hadn’t even seen the (television) ad (promoting one contestant as): ‘A leading lady, this Order of Australia winner who really knows how to put on a show.’
“He randomly winked at me from across the table for half an hour, like, ‘I’m on to it!’”
Morris added: “We all pretty much run our own business, keeping those plates in the air, with family and work.
“There’s not many opportunities in life where, for the best part of four weeks, you get to switch off all of that. But you can’t do that with a little baby.”
Bickmore, who is also co-host of Ten’s The Project, has three children, including baby Addie, who will celebrate her first birthday on Monday.
“I reckon I couldn’t leave the kids, with them being so little,” Bickmore said.
“I hate heights and I hate eating gross things, and that’s all that happens in there. I’m not going into the jungle.”

Footy larrikin and one-time Collingwood “rat pack” member Dale “Daisy” Thomas is also said to have been recruited for an extreme jungle adventure.
Others rumoured to be involved are Rhonda Burchmore and Lindsay Lohan.
