Christmas is going to be even more hectic than usual in the large Burgess clan this year, with news Rabbitohs star George Burgess and wife Joanna are expecting another baby, their third in just two years.

Just days after Tahlia Giumelli, the model girlfriend of George’s twin Tom, revealed she was 13 weeks pregnant, Sunday Confidential has been told “Jo”, as she is known by the family, is thought to be about three months along.

“They have told their close friends they are expecting again. I’ve heard she fell pregnant eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter in August,” a friend revealed.

That means Burgess family matriarch Julie will have seven grandchildren by the end of the year.

Her eldest son Luke has a daughter, Grace, five, with his ex-partner and former Australia’s Next Top Model star Yolanda Hodgson, while middle son Sam Burgess and his estranged wife Phoebe have two-year-old Poppy and seven-week old William “Billy” Mark Burgess.

George and Joanna already have Boston, 22 months, and Birdie, six months.
