It is believed the couple have been dating for more than a year after falling in love on the
school run — their children go to the same school in Los Angeles.
Martinez split with wife of 16 years Alexandra Marshall in 2015.
They had four children together. Erica is mother to Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle, the children she had with Mr Packer during their six-year marriage.
