AUSSIE hunk Chris Hemsworth may have played the powerful superhero character of Thor but he thinks one Hollywood woman was capable of beating “the sh*t out of me”.
The 33-year-old has opened up to W Magazine saying Charlize Theron should play the new James Bond.
And it’s not a far-fetched request after Broadchurch star Jodie Whittaker was announced as the first woman to play the Time Lord in Doctor Who.
Hemsworth gushed about Theron in the video interview describing her as “physically able”.
“Well I’ve made the comment that Charlize Theron should be the next Bond because she scares the hell out of me,” he said.
“I think she could beat the sh*t out of me and most villains out there — not saying I’m a villain.
“She embodies kind of every ounce of strength and nobility and dignity and integrity that character should have. She’s smart as hell — she’s physically able.”
Hemsworth said working with Theron on set of a movie was impressive to witness.
“You know I worked with her on Snow White and The Huntsman, watching her in those fight scenes doing it in those high heels and an eight-foot long gown was even more impressive so. And I just think, ‘Why not, it’s time’,” he said.
“And I could be the Bond man. Sure. We could do a duet of Bonds.”
Overnight, Theron stunned on the red carpet for the world premiere of Atomic Blonde in Berlin, Germany, wearing a white bra cut-out mini dress and matching diamond jewellery.
The blonde beauty, 41, was also pictured embracing Sofia Boutella for camera crews as she stole the spotlight in the European city.
