Dog Bitch explores the funnywoman’s hilarious life as a dog walker with dog allergies, who ironically grew up with a fear of canines.
But Ms Buttle says those barking mad days of fear are over and she now loves dogs more than ever.
She walks on average nine dogs each week at her hometown in Brisbane, while juggling work as a comedian in the evenings and filming The Great Australian Bake Off in between.
The hobby job began on a whim after Ms Buttle realised she could walk other people’s dogs and her own, rather than continuing to pay others to do it for her.

“I thought, I know where the best dog parks are, I can be a dog walker and then I reworked my work schedule,” she said.
“The show is really fun and gives a funny snapshot into my life.”
Dog Bitch is showing at the Melbourne Town Hall until April 22.
