Prince Harry will get an icy reception when returns to London as his much-hyped new Netflix documentary fails one big test.

King Charles has “no time in the diary” to see Prince Harry when he returns to the UK just months after the release of Spare, it has been claimed.

Prince Harry will travel back home to attend the annual WellChild Awards, a charity of which he has been patron for 15 years.

But despite his return, a palace insider has claimed King Charles has “no time in the diary” to see his youngest son, The Sun reports.

It also seems unlikely that Prince Harry and his brother will be reuniting anytime soon, according to the source.

The California-based royal exile will be in Dusseldorf from September 9 for the Invictus Games but will visit the UK first next week to attend the awards in London on September 7.

It is thought that wife Meghan Markle, who will be at the Invictus Games, will not join him for the UK leg of the trip.

It comes as Prince Harry’s much-hyped documentary series Heart of Invictus failed to make the top ten of streaming giant Netflix in either Britain or the US.

During the series, the Duke of Sussex launched a fresh attack on the royal family, saying that he had “no support structure” to help him cope with the tragic death of his mother, Princess Diana, in 1997.

He said: “The biggest struggle for me was no one around me really could help.

“I didn’t have that support structure, that network, or that expert advice to identify what was actually going on with me.”

Unlike the bombshell Netflix series Harry & Meghan, which topped the Netflix charts when it was released in late 2022, Heart of Invictus has failed to take off since its release.

The six-part series, telling the inspirational stories of injured veterans competing in the 2022 Invictus Games, is Prince Harry’s first major solo docuseries project.
