The break-up between top Adelaide media power couple Josh Money and Tiffany Warne has taken a surprise twist.

According to The Advertiser, just months after separating from the glamorous Channel 10 weather presenter, 7NEWS sports reporter Money has moved on with his former Channel 9 colleague, Beth Excell.

And in a move worthy of a Wife Swap episode, the newspaper also reports that Warne is now in a relationship with Excell’s ex-husband, Joel Wolstenholme.

The pair even became Instagram official last month when they attended a wedding together.

Money and Warne were married in 2020 and often featured on his Instagram account – she was last pictured on there in July 2023. It is believed the pair went their separate ways earlier this year shortly after Money began working at 7NEWS.

Although Warne and Wolstenholme have gone public, Money and Nine’s top crime reporter Excell have yet to post a photo together on social media.

They have, however, appeared on each other’s profiles before.

Back in September 2022, they looked cosy as they posed for a photo with their fellow Channel 9 colleagues at the Mid Winter Ball.

The Advertiser also reports that the foursome sometimes ran in the same circles and have been photographed together at various media events.

Excell even attended Warne’s birthday party back in July 2023 where they both snapped a selfie together at the event.

While Money has unfollowed his ex on Instagram and vice versa, he is still following Wolstenholme on the app, but Wolstenholme is not following him back.

Warne has been Channel 10 Adelaide’s weather presenter since January 2023, replacing Kate Freebairn in the role when she transitioned to newsreader following her return from maternity leave.

“What an honour to be following in the footsteps of Kate Freebairn,” Warne wrote on Instagram at the time. “She’s incredible at what she does so I’ve got some big shoes to fill.”

“It feels so surreal and it’s not lost on me what a huge opportunity this is. It’s definitely a ‘pinch me’ moment,” added Warne, who was born in Perth but has lived in SA for six years after stints on Today Tonight and Nova.

As for Money, he made the big move to 7NEWS from Nine to replace Theo Doropoulos in November 2023 after working at major stations, including Ten, ABC and Fox Sports.

Like his ex, Money was also born in Perth before moving to South Australia eight years ago.
