Booby Tape founder confirms split with husband

Booby Tape founder Bridgett Roccisano has separated from her husband Josh Cavallaro after two years of marriage.

Booby Tape founder Bridgett Roccisano has separated from her husband Josh Cavallaro after two years of marriage.

Roccisano confirmed the sad news to Confidential, saying it has been a difficult time after welcoming their daughter Elle three months ago.

“I don’t wish this upon anyone,’’ she said.

“It’s been an incredibly hard time.”

Roccisano’s fashion entrepreneur sister Bianca has moved in with her to help care for the bub.

A close friend shed more light on the situation, saying Cavallaro allegedly moved away from his little family about a month ago.

“She’s been devastated and heartbroken. She’s a working mum raising a child,’’ the friend said.

A close friend shed more light on the situation, saying Cavallaro allegedly moved away from his little family about a month ago.

“She’s been devastated and heartbroken. She’s a working mum raising a child,’’ the friend said.

Bridgett added she was “devastated” and “disappointed” that the journey hasn’t unfolded the way she envisioned “as family is everything to me”.

“I’ve discovered a strength within myself that I never knew existed for both my daughter and I. Elle and I may be walking a different path now, but it’s one filled with support and most importantly, stability and love.”

The separation comes after the couple’s lavish wedding at the National Gallery of Victoria in April 2023 and the exchanging of vows at St Patrick’s Cathedral.

Roccisano appears to have wiped almost all traces of husband from her Instagram, including their wedding photos.

She wore a stunning custom made gown by Melbourne designer Con Ilio who also created a gown for Delta Goodrem’s recent Malta wedding.

Cavallaro had proposed with a six carat diamond ring in London in November 2021.

Speaking to the Herald Sun in 2023, Roccisano called their big day “the best day of our lives.”

“It was better than I could have ever imagined,” she said, ahead of a post-wedding celebration at Crown.

“It was a party. For me it was everything I could have wanted, both simple and beautiful.”

The confirmation of the split follows a curious Instagram post on Sunday night that caught Confidential’s attention, where the businesswoman’s wedding ring was noticeably absent.

Roccisano and her sister Bianca launched Booby Tape in 2018, a breast care company that features boob lifting tapes, silicone inserts and nipple covers and it quickly became a global success story and can now be found in over 40 countries worldwide.
