An A-list couple skipped the red carpet at this year’s BAFTAs - but were soon spotted canoodling in their seats.

The best of the best in film of 2024 has been celebrated in London, with Hollywood’s brightest stars gathering for the annual BAFTA Awards ceremony.
Papal drama Conclave lead the pack of nominees heading into the BAFTAs this year with 12 nods, followed by Emilia Pérez with 11, The Brutalist with nine, Dune: Part Two and Wicked with seven, A Complete Unknown and Kneecap with six, and Nosferatu and The Substance with five.
This year’s event, held at the Royal Festival Hall was hosted by Dr Who actor David Tennant, who opened the show with a hilarious monologue.
