BAFTAs 2025 red carpet: All the best celebrity fashion
She starred in one of the biggest TV shows of all time – but was almost entirely unrecognisable on the red carpet at the BAFTAs.

Awards season is well and truly underway, and when it comes to the most glamorous of showbiz ceremonies – the EE BAFTA Film Awards are right up at the top.
The event, held at London’s Royal Festival Hall, is once again hosted by Dr Who star David Tennant and has attracted some of Hollywood’s biggest names to the English capital.
Papal drama Conclave lead the pack of nominees heading into the show with 12 nods, followed by Emilia Pérez with 11, The Brutalist with nine, Dune: Part Two and Wicked with seven, A Complete Unknown and Kneecap with six, and Nosferatu and The Substance with five.
But before any of the winners were announced, all eyes were on the red carpet – and the stars that were posing up a storm on it.
(FYI: Longtime BAFTA president Prince William and his wife, Kate, the Princess of Wales, are often among the high-profile guests – but have sadly opted to skip this year’s ceremony).
Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie looked dramatically different from her Brienne of Tarth days, dialling up the glam – with a bit of goth thrown in – as she arrived at the venue.
Demi Moore has had a major career resurgence thanks to The Substance, and is officially our 2025 awards season queen - and she knows it.
Emilia Pérez star Zoe Saldaña, who is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, channelled old Hollywood style with her black cocktail dress.
Saldaña’s co-star Selena Gomez, who’s also nominated in the same category, opted for a jewel-encrusted gown with a plunging black neck detail.
Another Supporting Actress nominee, Wicked’s Ariana Grande, has entered the arena.
(Worth noting it’s currently 3 degrees celsius in London, so shout-out to all the stars who are presumably freezing in the name of fashion).
Meanwhile, Lead Actress nominee, Wicked’s Cynthia Erivo, was classic in a white lace gown - with a modern twist.
The Apprentice star Sebastian Stan (nominated for Best Actor) kept it simple in a black tux.
Stan’s girlfriend, Annabelle Wallis, was on hand to support him, looking stunning in metallic silver.
Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy star Hugh Grant was all smiles as he hit the red carpet with his wife, Swedish TV producer Anna Elisabet Eberstein.
Singer Camila Cabello opted for a daring sheer gown, embellished with jewels and a mini-train.
Hollywood legend Pamela Anderson was makeup-free and stunning in a classic white off-the-shoulder dress. The Baywatch actress was snubbed for a BAFTAs nod for her role in The Last Showgirl, but is due to present an award during the show.
Vanessa Kirby delivered shades of the Angelina Jolie thigh in her classic black gown.
Joe Alwyn was dapper in a classic suit, accessorised with a red rose.
Sing Sing star Colman Domingo, who is nominated in the Best Actor category, turned plenty of heads with his eye-catching co-ordinated suit – including a very plunging neckline.
