ONE of the five alleged bikies accused of fighting outside a Gold Coast strip club has not shown up to a scheduled court date.
Alleged Mongols bikie Kris Spizzirri was scheduled to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday to face one charge of affray.
It is alleged that Spizzirri and four other men – alleged to be Mongols and Bandido members – were a part of a brawl outside of Toybox Showgirls at the end of last month.
Others alleged to be a part of the fight include Jake Daniel Watson and Dean Dalziell, believed to be a relative of prominent Tweed-based Lone Wolf bikie Stuart Dalziell.
Defence lawyer Michael Gatenby, of Gatenby Criminal Lawyers, said he “didn’t appreciate he was on a notice to appear” and therefore required to appear in court.
He said Spizzirri was away in Brisbane and was having trouble contacting him.
Magistrate Louisa Pink ordered a warrant to lie on the file.
The arrest warrant will be issued if Spizzirri does not appear in court on November 30.
