An alleged Gold Coast member of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang has been charged with a number of offences including disturbing a religious worship.
The 26-year-old was arrested by detectives from the Organised Crime Gangs Group on Saturday following a search warrant at a Broadbeach Unit Complex.
It is alleged police uncovered ammunition, drugs, and a large sum of cash.
A vehicle was seized from the property and forensically searched, where police also allege they found a concealed loaded firearm and large amounts of cash.
The Broadbeach man has been charged with attempted enter dwelling with intent by break at night whilst armed in company, possessing dangerous drugs, unlawful possession of weapons, two counts of dealing in proceeds of crime worth $10,000 or more, and authority required to possess explosives.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the man was also charged with affray and disturbing religious worship/assault officiator relating to an incident in West End, Brisbane on January 12.
Police alleged the Broadbeach raid was in connection to an ongoing investigation of an alleged arson at Heritage Park on July 20, in which a Kelsal Court home was badly damaged by fire.
CCTV footage released by detectives shows a masked male approach the property with a green jerry can and pour the contents across the front of the home.
He kneels down and appears to light the liquid on fire before entering a white Toyota Corolla parked in the driveway and speeding off.
Police alleged the arson was linked to a robbery involving three men at a neighbouring property nine days earlier.
A second alleged member of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang has also been arrested by detectives as part of their investigations.
The 30-year-old has been charged with attempted enter dwelling with intent by break at night whilst armed in company and unlicenced driving.
Anyone who may have information on the alleged arson on July 20 and robbery on July 11 are urged to contact police.
