BRYCE CARTWRIGHT
Backyard hero
I’d probably say Sonny-Bill Williams. I used to love watching him growing up.
The opponent you dread facing
Reagan Campbell-Gillard down at Penrith. We grew up together and he’s a guy I dread playing the most because I know he will rough me up on the ground. We always give it to each other in the week leading into games.
A few words to describe these teammates
Sam Stone – genuine
Phillip Sami – stupid
Tyrone Peachey – complex
Ryan James – arrogant

JAI WHITBREAD
Backyard hero
I used to follow the Panthers when I was young so I used to try and imitate a few of those blokes like Rhys Wesser and Presto (Preston Campbell) and Frank Pritchard.
The opponent you dread facing
Nelson Asofa-Solomona. He got me twice in one game when he played them at Cbus. He’s just a big human and you don’t know where to hit him.
A few words to describe these teammates
Tyrone Roberts – quiet but cheeky
Jarrod Wallace – loud and can be a pest
Kevin Proctor – legend and good fun
Anthony Don – GOAT and Jimmy Byrne (inside joke)

BRIAN KELLY
Backyard hero
I used to go for the Penrith Panthers so Preston Campbell was definitely up there. Just to have him around the club (when I joined the Titans) was pretty cool. And Greg Inglis was just a freak. I was a big fan of David Mead when he was on the Gold Coast.
The opponent you dread facing
Waqa Blake. I’ve played him three times and he always gives me a good challenge. (Joey) Leilua is not the funnest to verse too.
A few words to describe these teammates
Dale Copley – undercover r’n’b guy
Moeaki – quiet achiever
Jai Arrow – different
Kallum Watkins – humble
