Suns AFLW sharpshooter Kalinda Howarth has proven she’s just as deadly with a controller as she is with a football after finishing fourth in the AFL Gamers Network’s Stream Kings tournament.
Competing in the first-ever charity duos tournament featuring popular video game Fortnite, Howarth was paired with pro gamer Kalan “Serpennts” Jarvis in the three-match series.
Their equal-fourth finish in the maiden AFL eSports event saw the pair earn $5,000 for their nominated charities RizeUp (Howarth) and Lifeline (Jarvis).

FQ hit back hard, calling such allegations a “myth” but the football fees debate is just getting started.
There’s plenty more allegations to come. Watch this space.

SPORT
HOT tip for young media players.
If you’re trying to douse speculation about a recent story, refusing to talk to the media isn’t the way to do it.
That’s the approach one club took last week and it’s fair to say it raised a few eyebrows regarding the seemingly innocuous circumstances.
