400 QAFL players ranked: Tom Hickey, Jay Foon and Tom Simpson stand tall

The 2024 QAFL regular season has come to a close as we uncover the rankings for every leading performer this season. View every stat column to see who led the charge and where you rank.

With the 2024 regular season in the books, we’ve compiled the top 410 QAFL players using their statistics and a unique fantasy points system to see who came out on top.

At the midway point of the season we gave an insight as to who was leading the way in the player rankings with Sherwood captain Will Fletcher standing out on top.

At the end of the regular season, former Sydney Swan and current Palm Beach Currumbin star Tom Hickey has finished as the standout performer.

Hickey was the only player in the competition to crack 1000 fantasy points as he led his side in disposals, contested possessions, clearances and hit outs.

Labrador duo Jay Foon and Tom Simpson ranked in second and third spot while Ben Woodburn from Surfers Paradise and Will Fletcher from Sherwood rounded out the top five.

Last season’s champion, Brock Aston (RVP), was invited to undergo a 2024 pre-season camp with VFL side Southport before making his debut for the club in round four and going on to play in nine matches.

The competitions top six teams have secured their spots for the finals series that begins on August 24.

The two elimination finals will be played between third placed Redland-Victoria Point and sixth placed Surfers Paradise while Wilston Grange who finished fourth will play Palm Beach Currumbin who finished fifth.

The top two teams, minor premiers Aspley and second placed Morningside have earnt a week off and will meet in the qualifying final on August 31.
