At the end of the regular season, University of Queensland star Jane Childes has claimed back-to-back team honours to finish as the standout performer.

Childes claims the number one ranking from former UQ player Ava Seton who has since kicked on to perform strongly for Port Melbourne in the VFLW.

Despite missing out on a finals spot, Childes led the competition in tackles, tied first for clearances and finished second by a single contested possession.

Yeronga’s Chelsea Winn was the standout ball magnet finishing with 337 total disposals while Aspley’s Jess Stallard claimed her second straight golden boot title with 32 goals despite missing the final three rounds of the season.

Bond’s Maisy Evans was too hard to handle in the ruck with 243 hit outs while Ayla Fetahagic from Coorparoo took the mantle for the most intercept marks with 35.

The competition’s top four teams will meet on Saturday August 10 in the first round of finals.

Southport will take on Aspley in a bumper qualifying final while Coorparoo travel to take on Bond University in the elimination final.

The winner of the qualifying final will progress straight through to the grand final which is scheduled for Sunday, August 25 while the loser will be handed a second chance and take on the winner of the elimination final.

Southport were able to claim top spot thanks to a better percentage while Bond finished in third place by just one win.
