AFTER a Covid-19 false start in July, Queensland’s Big Hockey Hit Out returns to Labrador today as the state’s top players battle for selection in the Brisbane Blaze system and a share of $4000 in prizemoney.

Sixty-four women have been drafted into four teams, the Thunder, Rays, Reef and Stingers, to compete in a condensed tournament on Sunday September 26 at the Gold Coast Hockey Centre.

The tournament will be livestreamed across the state by the Courier-Mail, Gold Coast Bulletin and News affiliates.
