SuperCoaches are used to being put through the emotional ringer.
From the Friday night where you nail the VC loophole, to Sunday when two of your premium picks are injured and facing an extended stint on the sidelines.

Your fortunes can change with the bounce of a ball, the tear of a hamstring or a coaching decision to test a player in a new position.
It’s how we express this frustration which matters.
For many, the temptation in the modern world is to turn to social media, where you will either find plenty to sympathise with your cause or those happy to revel in your misfortune.
If you can’t find the words to express your overwhelming joy or utter frustration, trying a GIF might be best.
Here’s 10 GIFs you’ll need during the Supercoach season and how to find them:
When you try to use the captain’s loophole and your ‘non-playing’ rookie is a late inclusion (search — poor choice)
Most of us have been there. Your vice-captain scores 120 on Friday night, you put the C on a rookie, only for them to receive a last-minute call-up on Sunday while you’re stuck at a family event and not able to check your team.
When you hold on for a close win over the coach everyone wants to beat (search — captain)
There’s at least one coach in every league who enjoys boasting about their supreme ranking. Who doesn’t enjoy being the person who brings them crashing back to earth?
When a key player in your side gets off at the tribunal (search — party)
There’s nothing like a trip to the tribunal for a key player in your side — James Sicily, for example — to leave a Supercoach sweating. A fine might not be ideal for their hip pocket but it’s cause for celebration for the coaches who own them.
When you absolutely nail your captaincy choice for the week (search — self five)
Captaincy choice can be the difference between a league win or a crushing defeat. Nailing the player who scores big for that round will also help rocket you up the rankings.
Refreshing live scores during a league match which is decided in the last quarter of the ninth game of the weekend (search — can’t look away)
You know you can’t have any impact on the outcome, but still find yourself madly refreshing the scores as the ninth match of the round heads towards it climax on a Sunday evening.
When you ask social media for advice on your trade options (search — too much)
Can too much advice be a bad thing? Sometimes it’s best just to back your gut instinct than ask the Supercoach world for their often conflicting advice.
When lockout ends and all your rookies have climbed in price (search — big smile)
Is there a better feeling than opening the Supercoach app early in the season to find your rookies have skyrocketed in price? Let’s hope Sam Walsh, Zak Butters and Will Setterfield have us feeling like this.
When you run out of trades and cop injuries to your key players (search — send help)
There will come a point late in the season when you’re juggling the urgency to trade out injured or suspended players, but also desperate to hold onto your remaining trades. History tells us once you run out of trades, you’ll inevitably be hit by injuries or suspensions.
When Patrick Dangerfield dominates any game this season (search — everybody wins)
Available as a forward for the first time, gun Geelong player Dangerfield is understandably in almost 70 per cent of teams. So when he fires, most of us will be rejoicing.
When you take out a cash league involving all your mates (search — money)
Supercoach glory is a major prize and there’s no shortage of cash leagues which have sprung up in recent years. There’s more than bragging rights on the line in these particular competitions.
