A GIANT new Palm Beach residential tower will be fast-tracked by a prolific Brisbane-based developer after the sellout of its most recent tower in just 10 days.
Marquee Development Partners will launch its nine-storey, 93-unit Northshore project to the market in early September to take advantage of the city’s booming property and development industry.
‘UBER COOL’ TOWER PLAN FOR PALM BEACH SHOPPING CENTRE
The Gold Coast Highway-fronting project was brought forward to the market after the developer began construction of its Palm Beach Residences tower and sold out its 45-unit Kirra Beach project SOL, which was only approved by council in mid-June.

More than 1600 people jockeyed to secure a unit inside the 11-storey building, something Marquee sales director Azura Griffen said had directly led to Northshore’s escalation.
“There was an unbelievable amount of interest levelled at SOL since the public received their first glimpse, yet we never could have predicted the almost instantaneous sellout,” she said.
“Palm Beach Residences was our first real taste of the southern Gold Coast market, and we quickly realised we had tapped into a growing desire for high-end living in what is rapidly emerging as the hot spot for Gold Coast migration.”
Northshore, a joint venture with LHPP, has already been approved by council and will have 93 units with a mixture of two and three-bedrooms.
Marquee has spent more than $450 million on Gold Coast property and development in the past three years, with towers rising in Palm Beach, Chevron Island and Kirra.
