Emergency services have responded to a crash which brought a Gold Coast motorway to a crawl and impacted traffic on several other roads.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said the two-vehicle crash happened about 8.20am on Tuesday on the Smith St Motorway on-ramp near Parkwood.
The incident caused heavy impacts to westbound traffic from Gaven to Parkwood. Cars were also slowing along Heslop Rd and Banyula Drive.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics attended and assessed one patient for a minor hand injury.
They were taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
