A MINOR prang on the Smith St Motorway at Arundel has caused a 10km worth of traffic jams on the M1 Motorway.
At about 8.40am a woman was taken to hospital with back pain following a two vehicle crash at Smith St.
The cars have been cleared but traffic on the M1 southbound is experiencing congestion as far back as Helensvale and Upper Coomera.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
