COLOUR and action will be the order of the day when the Gold Coast Filipino community comes together for the 28th Annual Gold Coast Philippine Festival on Sunday.
The festival at the Albert Waterways Community Centre will this year adopt the theme of
Kultura Pilipinas — Oi Oi Oi, Viva Pinoy! and will feature all aspects of the Pacific country’s unique culture.
A cast of talented Filipino performers will entertain the crowds following the official at noon, headlined by internationally-known vocal trio, The Lions Den.
Also performing on the day will be The Voice 2017 singer, Liz Conde and the Gold Coast’s very own Fil-Aust. Community Cultural Dancers.
There will also be food stalls of Filipino cuisine and local delicacies that will be sold during
the day.
There will be activities during the day for the all ages and the family-friendly day.

The Gold Coast Philippine Festival on Sunday at the Albert Waterways Community Centre, cnr Hooker Blvd & Sunshine Blvd, Mermaid Waters (next to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre)
Ticket runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Tickets are adult $10, family $20 (2 Adults, 2 Children 12-years-old)
Additional children is $2.00
