A 20-year-old woman has been left with facial injuries after a random attack by a man in the early hours of the morning in the CBD.

A 20-year-old woman has been left with facial injuries after she was allegedly attacked by a random man in the CBD in the early hours of Friday morning.
SA Ambulance crews were called to a location on North Tce close to the Adelaide Railway Station to find the woman, of Aberfoyle Park, with facial injuries at 3.05am.
The woman was taken to hospital while the suspect, a 23-year-old man from Adelaide was arrested at the scene and has been charged with assault.
He was bailed to Adelaide Magistrates Court on August 6.
In a separate incident back in January, a 26-year-old man was hospitalised with serious injuries following an alleged assault on North Tce near the National War Memorial.
Just weeks later, SA Police arrested three people after a violent altercation on North Terrace in the CBD in the early hours of the morning.
About 6.50am on January 18, police were called to North Tce and allegedly found a man wielding a large stick and another armed with a pair of scissors.
