A Woolgoolga man has had his bail reporting conditions changed but remains on a night-time curfew.
With tattoos covering the back of his head and neck, Solomone Fangupo sat in Coffs Harbour Local Court on Tuesday when his lawyer made several requests on his behalf.
Fangupo is charged with several drug and weapons charges including supplying a prohibited drug (greater than indictable and less than commercial quantity).
The 26-year-old is further charged with possessing a prohibited drug and dealing with the proceeds of crime (between $5000 and $100,000); two counts of possessing or using a prohibited weapon without permit; and failing to comply with a digital evidence access order.
Fangupo has been reporting to Woolgoolga Police Station every day while on bail but successfully applied to have this reduced to three times a week.
He will also be allowed to have a phone after previously being denied access, but must not use any encrypted messaging applications.
He continues to be subject to a night-time curfew between 7pm and 8am.
No pleas have been entered and his matter was adjourned to September 9.
