Police, ambulance and fire services on way to Gracemere crash scene.

Emergency services are at the scene of a car crash after it left the road and ended up in a paddock.

A car has stopped in a paddock after leaving the road and going through a separate yard along Capricorn Street, Gracemere, this afternoon (February 20, 2025).

Emergency services are at the scene of a car accident where the car has reportedly left the road and ended up in a paddock at Gracemere.

Early reports indicate a person may have had suffered a medial episode while travelling in a car on Capricorn St.

The vehicle has then reportedly left the road and entered a paddock.

A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said two crews were on scene.

She said the occupant of the vehicle was out on arrival.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics are assessing the woman now and she does not appear to have sustained any major injuries.
