A yellow Holden Monaro is a mangled mess after a shocking crash on the Fraser Coast.
The distinctive car, which is often seen being driven around Hervey Bay by its owner, was crushed in a crash with another car which also suffered significant damage on Saturday morning.
Police have confirmed one of the cars is believed to have been stolen but could not say which.
It’s also understood one of the cars, believed to be the Monaro, smashed into a fence outside the Hervey Bay Senior Citizen's Hall on the corner of Denman Camp Rd and Totness St just after 7.30am.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said one man was treated for minor injuries before being taken Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
More to come.
