The woman told Boutros to leave and said her partner was home.

Boutros asked if the man was sleeping in her bed and she responded that he was.

Boutros walked around the house to a sliding door leading to the woman’s bedroom and confronted the man, police documents state.

He began banging on the glass door and yelling threats.

“I’m going to kill you c--t ... I‘m going to bury you,” Boutros told the man.

The man unlocked the door and asked Boutros to leave, but he responding by grabbing the victim by the shirt and dragging him outside, court documents state.

Boutros wrestled the man and “attempted to gouge out the victim’s left eye”.

The man flipped Boutros onto the grass and told him to leave: “Get out of here.”

The woman told Boutros she was calling the police and later provided a statement to officers.

Boutros was arrested the next day and granted bail.
