Queensland developer Azure has achieved a major milestone with its residential project, Ember by Azure, selling out stages one and two in just a few months since its launch to market.
Of the 74 terrace residences, 65 have already been snapped up, reflecting the growing demand for quality housing in the Ipswich region, Azure director Trent Keirnan said.
“We are delighted with the incredible response from buyers,” he said.
“The demand for high-quality housing in the Ipswich region is stronger than ever, and this sellout of the initial two stages is a direct result of people wanting to invest in a premium lifestyle that offers both quality and value.”
Ember by Azure will deliver a choice of five flexible floorplans with three or four bedrooms and residences ranging from two to three levels set in a gated community.
“We’ve designed Ember to meet the needs of modern living – stylish, functional homes that balance privacy and community,” Mr Keirnan said.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to see this vision resonate with so many people, particularly given the pressures of the current housing market, and we’re proud to play a part in providing for a lifestyle that is so sought after.”
Stage three of Ember by Azure is set to launch between October and December this year, with nine homes still available for buyers.
Located on Augusta Parkway in Augustine Heights, Mr Keirnan said each residence in the development was designed to cater to a variety of buyers, from young professionals to growing families, and also featured a study, and one or two carparking spaces.
“Encapsulated by a lush subtropical landscape, residents at Ember by Azure will experience a low-maintenance, community-focused lifestyle that balances tranquillity with natural beauty tailored for the owner-occupier,” he said.
“Ipswich has been projected for remarkable growth and is currently experiencing a major transformation, and we are especially dedicated to investing in key growth areas, creating communities that focus on lifestyle and fostering connections.”
Residents at Ember by Azure will enjoy access to exclusive amenities, including AClub facilities featuring a large oval wet-edge pool, a dedicated children’s pool, and an array of sun lounges and day beds among the landscape.
“We’ve invested in quality amenities that make life more enjoyable, offering a blend of relaxation and family-friendly facilities,” Mr Keirnan said.
“It’s about ensuring our communities are places where people can truly live and thrive.”
Construction on Ember is set to start in February by Azure’s in-house construction arm, Azure Build, with completion projected for between October and December next year.
“With an in-house construction team, we can guarantee the quality and reliability of every project,” Mr Keirnan said.
“We take pride in delivering developments that not only meet expectations but exceed them.”
The project is situated less than 5km from Springfield Central railway station, 4km from the Orion Springfield Central Shopping Centre, and within proximity to educational institutions such as St Augustine’s College and Augusta State School.
Azure is a privately owned development company with more than 60 years of experience and a South East Queensland project pipeline valued at $1.5bn.
