Fimmel joined forces with MasterChef winner turned judge and restaurateur Andy Allen to launch a new low-carb, mid-strength beer called Travla which was launched at last year’s Gold Coast Open.

He was filmed surfing in a YouTube ad for the beer.

Finnel wasn’t the only celebrity spotted on the Gold Coast today.

Pop star Pink’s hubby, motocross ace Carey Hart, was also spotted out and about on the Glitter Strip as his wife prepared for the second of her two concerts at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night.

Hart took part in an Indian motorcycle ride from the brand’s Gold Coast dealership at Arundel to the Iron & Resin Garage at Currumbin, a popular cafe and burger bar hangout for motorbike enthusiasts.

Pink and Hart caused a stir this week when they roared out of their luxury Langham Hotel digs in Surfers Paradise for a motorbike spin around the Coast.
