Lisa Marie Cummings charged with murder after body found in bag
The woman accused of murdering a man whose body was found stuffed into a surfboard bag and left out in front of a rural property has been named.

A woman has been charged with murder after a man’s body was allegedly found stuffed into a surfboard bag at a rural property on the mid-north coast.
Lisa Marie Cummings 35, faced Port Macquarie Bail Court charged with one count of domestic violence-related murder on Saturday, after emergency services were called to a property at Darkwood on Thursday.
Police arrived at the property, about 67 kilometres west of Coffs Harbour, about 7 pm on Thursday night, after reports a body had been found, and discovered the body of a 62-year-old man stuffed inside a surfboard bag on the driveway
Following extensive inquiries, Cummings was arrested on Friday afternoon at a property on Loftus Street, Nambucca Heads.
She was taken to Macksville Police Station and charged with murder.
Police will allege in court that Cummings and the man were known to each other.
Cummings appeared to Port Macquarie Local Court on Saturday where she did not apply for bail.
She will remain in custody and will face Coffs Harbour Local Court on Monday.
