Alice Springs crime: Five home invaders armed with edged weapons terrorise occupants
Five unknown offenders, armed with edged weapons, have terrorised the occupants of a residence in Alice Springs after they smashed their way through the front door on Saturday night.

Five unknown offenders, armed with edged weapons, have terrorised the occupants of a residence in Alice Springs after they smashed their way through the front door on Saturday night.
Police said multiple units rushed to the scene at 7.50pm, after they received a report about the incident in Schaber Road, Connellan.
They said up to five offenders had arrived in what is believed to be a dark blue sedan before storming the home.
Police said two of the offenders demanded keys from the occupants before stealing keys from a table and fleeing in the sedan.
No injuries were reported.
Police are calling for information in relation to the aggravated unlawful entry
Strike Force Viper are continuing to investigate the incident.

The Alice Springs home invasion follows close on the heels of a similar but unrelated home invasion in Katherine, where a couple were terrorised by three hooded attackers armed with an axe and other weapons.
