The tragic truth about road deaths in Australia

A VANDAL has put a dent on the number of speeding offences recorded on the M1 — in an unusual, and questionable fashion.

A mobile speed camera located on the Southbound side of the M1 near Coomera has been spray painted and was rendered out of order for a short time this week.

The image posted on a northern Gold Coast community page was shared over a hundred times, prompting thanks from residents. The image was posted with the caption “modern problem, modern solution.”
