CLOSED Gold Coast music venue NightQuatrter has been named as a finalist in the prestigious Queensland Music Awards (QMA).
The Helensvale-based performance space, which is being dismantled today, has been short-listed as regional venue of the year in the People’s Choice Awards.

It is one of two local locations to make the cut, including Miami Marketta.
Gold Coast-based singer Amy Shark has also been nominated for album of the year for Love Monster.
Gold Coast community events including Bleach, Blues on Broadbeach, and Surfers Paradise LIVE are all finalists for festival of the year.
The winners will be announced at a gala event at the Royal International Convention Centre in Brisbane on March 19.
