A fierce nominations process has whittled our list of the best cheerleading gyms on the Gold Coast down to the final six. Vote for your favourite in the poll here

You can now vote for the best cheerleading gym on the Gold Coast.

It’s that time of the year again, where we name the best cheerleading gym on the Gold Coast.

We have secured our top six finalists after a fierce nominations process which named some of the biggest and smallest gyms in the region.

Reader Louise Davies said Gold Coast All Stars in Ormeau was 100 per cent her pick for the best in the city.

“It’s not the biggest gym on the Coast, but definitely the best at promoting positivity within the gym and for all athletes,” she said.

Biggera Waters gym, Inspire Athletics, will try to take the win for the second year in a row.

Last year, Inspire Athletics owner Journey Hipwood said winning the title was a credit to the community and the gyms “safe space”.

Facebook nominations closed on Friday, July 11 at 6pm.

Nominations, via the comment section on our Facebook post, will be calculated and finalists will be announced on Friday, July 11 at 6pm.

Finalist voting will be a subscriber-only poll vote that runs on the Bulletin website.

The poll will close on Friday, July 18 at 6pm.

The winner will be announced in the Gold Coast Bulletin paper and online.

**Note nominations from outside the City of Gold Coast will not be counted**
