Controversial OnlyFans creator Annie Knight has broken her silence, revealing the Schoolies saga didn’t stop once she was “kicked out” of Fiji.
The Gold Coast-based content creator, along with British-born escort Bonnie Blue, was deported from Fiji last month for breaking visa conditions by the country’s Minister for Immigration Pio Tikoduadua, according to local news reports.
The duo were there to film explicit content with “barely legal” teens to sell on their OnlyFans platforms after Ms Blue’s Australian visa was cancelled ahead of the pair’s plans to film content with graduates on the Gold Coast.
The OnlyFans creators sparked national backlash over their “offer” to high-school graduates celebrating in Surfers Paradise, drawing condemnation from Australian authorities, leading industry bodies and politicians.
Prior to their departure from Fiji, Ms Knight said the duo filmed with 24 school graduates, but revealed on Tuesday much of the explicit content was unable to be sold as consent was withdrawn by many of the participants.
The 27-year-old said she returned to the Glitter Strip last week, filming content with 15 graduates on the Gold Coast up until the last day of Schoolies on Friday.
“I walked down Cavill Ave on Tuesday last week with my assistant and a security guard, and it was just wild the amount of people who willingly came to me and messaged me,” Ms Knight said.
“So I set up a time for them to film content and that’s what happened. I never said anything like, ‘Hey guys, do you want to come home with me?’ which is what people thought I was doing.”
Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate had cautioned young men not to risk their future careers by getting caught up in the Schoolies filming controversy, warning school leavers: “If it looks too good to be true, don’t touch it.”
Leading lobby Act for Kids issued a dire warning to parents where CEO Dr Katrina Lines said it was critical for young school-leavers to understand informed consent before agreeing to film sexual activity.
Other critics said the stunt was “sick” with Griffith University psychology professor Dr Veya Seekis citing it as “exploitative” and “sick”, targeting teens for profit.
However, the sex worker said it was “super smooth sailing” and she hadn’t wanted to “overdo it” after the Fiji drama.
“The second Bonnie and I got almost got kicked of Fiji (the public) forgot about it all,” she said.
“I was like, jokes on you, because I’m still going to Schoolies on the Gold Coast and doing what you said you would show up for and protest against.
“When I was walking around I was like, ‘Where are all these mums that said they were going to boycott us and storm Surfers?’”
Ms Knight revealed the pair had received death threats and “threatening messages”.
She now has Spring Break in Mexico in her sights.
“I had my challenge of sleeping with 300 people last year, 600 people this year, so my challenge for next year is to take 500 virgins and sleep with 1000 people in total,” she said.
“I’ll be doing that, Spring Break in March with Bonnie, which is the Schoolies of America so I’ll be there for five days, then travel for a bit and find some more people to film with overseas.”
The Gold Coast resident said she wasn’t worried about being kicked out of Cancun by the Mexican authorities like in Fiji, but said she feared finding 500 virgins would be a challenge.
“It won’t just be 18-year-olds,” she said.
“There are a lot of 40-year-old virgins out there.”
