TWO boys who went missing at the end of school on the Gold Coast have been found after a member of the public flagged down a passing police vehicle.

The ten-year-old boys had not been seen since the end of classes at Helensvale State School on Lindfield Rd at 3pm on Wednesday.

Police issued an urgent appeal for assistance at about 7.30pm after the boys failed to make contact with family or friends.
