A NSW greyhound racing club aiming to relocate to Queensland will now most likely stay within the state after the Baird government backflipped on banning the sport.

A NSW greyhound racing club aiming to relocate to Queensland will now most likely stay within the state after the Baird government backflipped on banning the sport.

Border Park, situated at Tweed Heads and only accessible from the Queensland side of the border, is up for sale with a price tag in the vicinity of $15 million and $20 million.

I GOT IT WRONG: BAIRD

Secretary manager Steve McGrath said that since the ban was announced in July the club had aimed to move across the border but following the backflip they may now relocate within NSW.
