Gold Coast Titans owner Darryl Kelly finds $8m buyer for Paradise Waters property

The joint owner of the Gold Coast Titans has found an $8.07m buyer for a stunning Paradise Waters home, overlooking the Nerang River.

DARRYL Kelly, joint owner of the Titans NRL team and who headed to the beach late last year, has found an $8.07m buyer for the Paradise Waters property he’s owned for more than three years.

The Admiralty Drive home, built overlooking the Nerang River in 2003, cost Darryl and wife Joanne $7.7m.

JOHN Potter, evergreen developer, is adding Coomera to his work pipeline after spending $8.275m on a property almost on the doorstep of Dreamworld.

He’s bought the Coomera Village shopping centre, which fronts the M1, from its owner for the past 31 years, David Gainer’s Foremost Properties.

DAVID Wang, Chinese businessman, is by far the senior partner in a joint-venture company planning $800 million three-tower project Paradiso Place on what is known as the Hyundai site in Surfers Paradise.

His SPG Land Australia holds 80 per cent of the capital in SPG Land Gordon Corp, which is buying the city block from Melbourne investor Alan Ali for $28 million.

A company linked to active property player Tim Gordon holds the other shares in the JV entity but is not their ultimate owner.
