DARRYL Kelly, joint owner of the Titans NRL team and who headed to the beach late last year, has found an $8.07m buyer for the Paradise Waters property he’s owned for more than three years.
The Admiralty Drive home, built overlooking the Nerang River in 2003, cost Darryl and wife Joanne $7.7m.
The Kellys, late last year, bought the full-floor sub-penthouse in boutique Main Beach tower
SEA for $6.3m in an off-market deal.

JOHN Potter, evergreen developer, is adding Coomera to his work pipeline after spending $8.275m on a property almost on the doorstep of Dreamworld.
He’s bought the Coomera Village shopping centre, which fronts the M1, from its owner for the past 31 years, David Gainer’s Foremost Properties.
A Potter redevelopment of the 6485sq m Dreamworld Parkway site, which also has Jowett and Yaun streets frontages, is likely to include a servo, fast-food outlets and a medical centre.
