Two men have been injured after a caravan erupted into flames on the Gold Coast.
Emergency services were called to the caravan fire on Reserve Rd in Upper Coomera around 10pm on Wednesday.
A Gold Coast police spokeswoman said an officer on-duty had noticed a dark cloud of smoke billowing from a caravan park while he was driving along the M1.
Bodywarn footage from the officer showed the caravan fully engulfed in flames when he arrived to the scene.
The fire then began to spread to other caravans.
The vision from the night shows the officers using garden hoses to try and extinguish the fire.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said when their two crews arrived the caravan was “well involved”.
The fire was extinguished by 10.20pm.
Paramedics on scene assessed a 53-year-old man who had burns on his arms and a 62-year-old man who suffered smoke inhalation.
Neither of them were taken to hospital.
The Queensland Police spokeswoman said initial investigations indicated the fire was not suspicious.
