A popular sports bar is now home to the Gold Coast’s largest margarita list and the owner says the addition is a nod to the city who drinks the most per capita in Australia.
Biggera Waters Crafty’s owner Dave Galvin announced the venue would be releasing a brand new food and margarita menu from Thursday, May 30.
“We have so many wonderful regulars who have been eating here for years, asking for a change up, so we have listened to the masses,” he said.
Mr Galvin said the changes on the burger range were “next level”.
“The main additions of the half chook with mash and gravy is to die for,” he said.
“The new Kranskies and mash is an old school hit.”
Mr Galvin said they chose to “double down” on their margarita’s, introducing a 22-flavour list including mango, chilli, mint, peach, pickle, lychee and even an apple flavour.
“The Gold Coast consumes the most margaritas per capita in Australia,” he said.
”The masses will love the opportunity to drink through the biggest list of margarita list on the Gold Coast will be a challenge, many will want to take on.”
Crafty’s recommend the flavour combinations of peach and jalapeño, pickle and chilli, watermelon and coconut and blueberry and ginger.
