A company director, who made $4 million on his last Gold Coast buy, has bought another home for $11.6 million.

BRIAN McMaster, a company director who scored a big win last year on a property overlooking the ocean in Burleigh’s Goodwin Tce, has headed to the riverfront at Broadbeach Waters.
The Tasmanian and wife Lauren have spent $11.6 million on a dual-level Monaco St home on a 2411 sqm site and which had been in the hands of one family for 25 years.
The McMasters last March pocketed $11 million from the sale to the Spyre Group of their Goodwin Tce property, bought a year earlier for $7 million.
The Page pad on sale for $10M plus
KATIE Page, Harvey Norman CEO, failed to sell the penthouse in her boutique Main Beach building M3565 at auction in late January but she isn’t relenting in chasing a buyer.
Melbourne parties bid $8 million for the 513 sqm apartment, which Katie and hubby Gerry Harvey have been using as a Gold Coast base.
The penthouse, which includes a pool overlooking the ocean, wore an $11 million tag when M3565 was unveiled in 2015 and Katie’s apparently now looking at $10 million-plus.
High-rise Harry on move again
HARRY Triguboff, who several months ago paid $75 million for a two-tower site overlooking the ocean in Surfers Paradise, is having a $130 million run at a Brisbane property.
The target for the multi-billionaire developer is The Gardens apartments buildings, which sit on a near 5500 sqm site overlooking the Botanical Gardens.
It was revealed last week that the high-rise king had paid around $300 million for the site of motor dealer Suttons City in Sydney’s Zetland suburb.
